Get In Touch:

Beep Beep, the Berry’s-a-Beeping

Email marketing has become a powerful tool, especially for on-the-go people like myself. Email is a great way to keep in touch with your customers.

Recently, a local bakery shop with a professionally setup email system sent out a broadcast to their customers. I am subscribed to this network because I LOVE SWEETS. It just so happened that I was out and about in meetings when I receive an email from this bakery shop about their fantastic deals going on for the week. I just couldn’t resist and made my way through traffic to take advantage of this deal.

Imagine yourself in that same position. People are constantly reading emails. The question is: Are they reading emails about you? Customers do become regulars, but they don’t become that overnight. It takes time, name recognition, and ongoing communication. Ever heard “Out of Sight, Out of Mind,” because I doubt all your customers live next door. And that expensive billboard downtown doesn’t jump out to everyone. You want customers to be “buzzing” about your business. Customers love a personal touch and what better way to give them that personalization than with a custom-made email update, addressed specifically to them by name. Well, I suppose you could bring out that old rotary phone and give them all a ring, or send a bulk mailing, but that would consume your day. You have a business to run.

General surveys show that service driven companies grow twice as fast as average companies. What services are you offering? If you are interested in an assessment of your marketing needs, feel free to contact us. We’d be glad to help your business prosper.
